Group coaching is a partnership between a coach and a group of 4 to 10 individuals who would like to make a change in their lives over a two to three month period of time. Coaching helps participants determine what they would like to achieve, a detailed plan to get there, and manageable goals as stepping stones along the way. With facilitation by an experienced coach, gentle accountability and the support of like-minded people, each one moves forward in the direction they choose.
What it entails:
- Four, 75-minute group sessions in two or three months led by Janet.
- Email updates following group sessions
- Group communication for support and info sharing between and after sessions.
